The Benchmark

GAC TEST

You wouldn't leave for a destination without knowing where you're starting from.

The GAC Test is The Mill's General Athletic Conditioning benchmark — ten events, sixty minutes, one honest result. It measures the things that actually matter under load: strength relative to bodyweight, aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, power output, and the ability to sustain it all when you're already tired.

The result is your baseline. A number that tells you — and us — exactly what you're capable of right now. Without it, progress is just a feeling. With it, it's a fact.

Every time you re-test, you see precisely how far you've moved — not in your head, but on the scoreboard. That's how we know whether your training is working, where your gaps are, and what comes next.

Every program at The Mill is built on this foundation. Your GAC level is the starting line. The test is how you find it.
